At Lectureology, we strive to offer quality education and ensure student satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our refund policy:
Course Cancellation by Academy
Course Cancellation by Academy
If Lectureology cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a 100% refund of the course fee.
Student-Initiated Refund Requests
Student-Initiated Refund Requests
Before Course Start:
Full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the course start date.
50% refund if the cancellation request is made less than 7 days but before the course begins.
After Course Start:
No refund is provided after the course begins unless there are exceptional circumstances (at the discretion of Lectureology).
Turnaround time will be processed in 5-6 business for for local, and 15-20 business days for international refunds.
Technical Issues
Technical Issues
If technical problems caused by Lectureology prevent a student from accessing the course material, students may request a refund within 48 hours of reporting the issue.

Once course materials are accessed, no refund will be issued.

Refunds for special cases such as medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation.
